Testimonials
"My name is Lauren Sullivan and I am a graduate of the New England Court Reporting Institute. I am so happy to be writing this testimonial for the school since it helped me get to where I am today in my career as a court reporter.
I was 19 years old when I started NECRI and to this day, I believe that was the best decision I ever made. I went to college for a year and really had no idea what it was I wanted to do with my life until I talked to my cousin, who is also a court reporter, and she recommended I give NECRI a try.
On my first day of school, I was a little nervous, but soon became extremely comfortable and knew this was exactly what I wanted to do with my life. I enjoyed how you went at your own pace and there was always someone there who could help you with any trouble you were having in the class and encouraged you along the way. The teachers were extremely helpful and really prepared us for what it was going to be like once we graduated and got out there working.
I am so grateful to NECRI for everything they did for me and truly happy with my career that I recommend it to everybody I talk to! The schedule is very flexible and the pay is great. I had certain financial expectations for my first year working and I have already exceeded that expectation. I still can't believe I'm only 22 years old and already have a career that I love and can honestly say I'm happy going to work day after day.
Court reporting has changed my life and I have NECRI to thank for that. I love what I do and wouldn't hesitate to recommend court reporting to anybody looking for a job they will truly love."
